Dunsany Ladies kept up their 100 percent record in the Intermediate Championship with an easy win against Walterstown. Impressive play from midfielders Shirley Dixon and Frances Lynch supplied the Dunsany forwards with ample opportunities to score. Full Forward Sinead Browne snatched 2 goals for Dunsany midway through the first half and was supported by colleagues Noreen Sheridan, Nicola Leddy and Jenny Cusack who between them scored 2-2 to leave the score at 4-2 to 0-2 at half time.

Dunsany kept up the pressure in the second half leaving Walterstown with no way back and added another 5 points to their tally. They now meet Kilmainhamwood in the next round of the championship.
