Before I write these reports I generally have trouble trying to
recount what the final socre was and who scored for Dunsany. Not
this time however, such was the conviction of the Senchalstown performance,
Dunsany managed to score a single point from play in the whole game.
If you add to that lonely point, two converted frees, you have Dunsanys
finishing score. Senchalstown, must have scored maybe 5-16, throughout
the game.
Their goals all to often were testiment to Dunsanys mistakes more
so than Senchalstown brilliance. Their flow of points however, did
speak volumes about their scoring ability. There mid-fielders were
extemly good going forward and dictated the whole pace of the game.
This defeat was, thankfully in the league, but a championship clash
with the yellow furzes is immenent. If we are to take anything from
this, our attitude to this game will have to be completly different.
