Overall
History:
Thanks to Karen Ward
for giving me the following,
historical record of
the achievements of
the club.
1992-From
little acorns do big
oaks grow
Ten years ago it all
began, I wasn't involved
at the time but as they
say, a legend never
dies.Meath hill was
the name on everyones
lips the year that Dunsany
set up a team.
1994-Beware
the black and green
A day I can safely say
I will never forget.
No one who was in the
Dunsany dressing room
at half time will ever
have trouble recalling
the half time team talk.
Intimadating as the
speech that Sean Dempsey
delivered was, it must
have worked.
1992-2002-The
people without whom
none of this would be
possible
First off I would like
to take this oppertunity
to say if I have forgotten
anyone, I am very sorry.
The year I joined, Sean
Dempsey, Andy Lynch
and John Tyrell were
in charge of the teams
performance on the pitch,
but the hard work was
done by Mai Lynch, Renee
Sullivan and Teresa
Mangan (Brooks).
